• Laser-ammo.se reserves the right to refuse or terminate this Agreement without providing any special reason.

This Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") governs participation in the Laser-ammo.se affiliate Program. Kaller Nordic Trading AB (KNT) is a trading company and a representative of Laser-Ammo USA, Inc. The company is located in Uppsala, Sweden and is responsible for the Scandinavian and European markets.

All payments and invoices with concern to the European activity are issued and performed by KNT. The company began its activity in November 2013.

Hereinafter the "Affiliate Program”, which will allow the affiliate partner to be rewarded for the purchase coming from its results.

"Affiliate Partner" means any person whose application has been approved to promote the products of Laser-ammo.se’s website. The affiliate partner uses its own resources at its disposal, namely its personal social network. He receives a commission on the sales made by his own network or marketing campaigns, the methods of which are defined below.

1. Affiliate Program Rules

Anyone wishing to become affiliated with laser-ammo.se must present themselves to the marketing manager of the affiliate program, Cedrick. Contact information is provided on the Laser-ammo.se website. The affiliate will receive a personal tracking code ID. Each affiliate partner will have their own tracking code for marketing needs.   Laser-ammo.se  is in no way responsible for any agreement entered into with anyone, outside this affiliation agreement. Any affiliate must report to Laser-ammo.se in order to qualify for a sales commission. Laser-ammo.se  reserves the exclusive right to accept or refuse an application for affiliation, at its own discretion. The affiliate partner will be able to promote  Laser-ammo.se via its social networks and websites. The affiliate partner is not permitted to teleprospect by telephone on behalf of  laser-ammo.se. Nor can it do email marketing campaigns on behalf of laser-ammo.se. Genuine email campaigns are allowed 

2. Requirements for the Partner

2.1 Affiliate Eligibility

In order to be eligible for the affiliation partnership, all the following requirements must be met:

1. Be 18 years of age or older or at least the age of majority depending on their place of residence.
2. Must provide its legal business information such as: VAT number, registered physical and email address for paypal payment and communication.
3. Provide information about the various social networks, and websites available to promote laser-ammo.se

3. Payment

Laser-ammo.se calculates affiliate-related revenue within at least 31 days of the subscription date.

When the affiliated partner has accumulated at least 100 euros in commissions, he can request payment via the chosen payment system. The commission is 10% on sales resulting from your recommendations to your audience and verifiable by your affiliate links. No commission will be paid on a sale if your reader has not used your affiliate link.

Laser-ammo.se distributes the amounts of membership once a calendar month. When the amount intended for the Partner is more than €100, the fees will be paid to the partner at the end of any payment period. If the amounts intended for the Partner are less than €100 at the end of any Payment Period, Laser-ammo.se shall have the right to withhold payment of the affiliation amounts until the end of the next Payment Period in which the balance of the affiliation amounts not paid to the Partner under the current payment period will be €100 or more.

Laser-ammo.se reserves the right to change the fees and / or payment terms at any time, with reasonable notice to the partner. Such notification will be provided via email and/or in the partner dashboard. In the event of disputes over fees, the determination of  Laser-ammo.se will be final and binding.

4. Obligations and restrictions

The Affiliate Partner must use the trademarks of Laser-ammo.se in accordance with all applicable laws. It must use common sense and respect the rights of  Laser-ammo.se as well as those of third parties. In the event of non-compliance with these Terms, he will be excluded from the Affiliate Program, this Agreement will be terminated and he will lose all of his rewards and commissions earned through the Affiliate Program.

The Partner acknowledges and agrees that Laser-ammo.se may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the amended and updated Partner Program Agreement on the Laser-ammo.se website, available on  Laser-ammo.se and such changes to the Agreement are effective as of the date of publication. If a material change is made,  Laser-ammo.se will provide reasonable notice by email in the Affiliate Partner's dashboard. The Partner's continued participation in the Affiliate Program Laser-ammo.se after the addition of the amended Partner Program Agreement is posted on the Laser-ammo.se website, which constitutes the partner's agreement and acceptance of the amended agreement. If the Partner does not agree to any changes to the Agreement, the Partner must terminate the Agreement by interrupting its participation in the Affiliate Program.

4.1 Obligation to inform

The affiliate partner will have to inform the Marketing manager of Laser Ammo on the different marketing methods that he intends to use to promote the products of the Laser Ammo site.

4.2 Termination

Laser-ammo.se may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon notice to the partner. The partner may terminate this contract at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon notice to Laser-ammo.se.

Fraudulent or other unacceptable behavior by the partner, as determined by Laser-ammo.se in its sole discretion, may result in the termination of the partner's affiliation, the suspension of certain partnership privileges without notice or recourse to the partner.

Laser-ammo.se reserves the right to cancel or modify the Partner Program Agreement in its entirety, including fees, at any time. If a material change is made to the Partner Program Agreement, including any material fee changes, Laser-ammo.se will provide reasonable notice via email and/or by posting a notice in the Partner Dashboard.

4.3 Acceptable Use

During the term of membership in the Affiliate Program, The Affiliate Partner shall not (a) infringe or otherwise interfere with the rights (including intellectual property rights) of third parties, (b) transmit, promote, broadcast, insert or publish any content or website that contains defamatory, infamous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, fraudulent, misleading or illegal content, or (c) insert Laser-ammo.se'  trademarks into discussion groups, unsolicited emails on instant messaging networks, banner networks, visit counters, discussion forums or guestbooks. It will remain solely responsible for the content published on the Internet or by other means. 

Affiliate Partner can embed videos from the YouTube account of Laser Ammo in his blog page or social media channels. Pictures and marketing materials will be at his disposal.

5. Duration and termination

This Contract is for a period of one year, renewable on request. The Affiliate Program or any aspect thereof may be discontinued at any time in our sole discretion as a result of a notice posted on the Affiliatly affiliate platform and an email notification. Upon posting of such notice, the Affiliate Program and this Agreement will thereby terminate with respect to the affiliate partner.

6. Warranty

6.1 The Affiliated Partner agrees to indemnify Laser-ammo.se against any and all forms of claims, solicitations, losses or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, in connection with its Works arising out of non-compliance with these Terms.

6.2 Laser-ammo.se shall be entitled to arrange for his defence, with the assistance of an adviser of his choice, against any claim, legal action or matter falling within the obligation of the partner affiliated to the compensation. The affiliate partner fully cooperates with laser-ammo.se in the context of the organized defense against such claim, legal action or case.

7. General provisions

7.1. Independent contractors

The parties to this Agreement are independent contractors who are entitled to invoice. Neither Party is an agent, representative entity or related entity of the other Party. Neither Party has the right, power or authority to enter into an agreement for or on behalf of, or to incur any obligation or to take responsibility or otherwise bind the other Party. This Agreement shall not be construed or construed as creating any association, agency, joint venture or partnership between the Parties or to impose any liability attributable to such relationship on either Party.

7.2. Non-Exclusivity

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create, nor is it intended to create an exclusive arrangement between the Parties to this Agreement. This Agreement shall not restrict either Party from entering into similar arrangements with other persons, and it is understood that they comply with their obligations under this Agreement.

7.3 Notice

Any notice, approval, request, authorization, direction or other communication under this Agreement shall be given in writing and shall be deemed to have been delivered and given for all purposes: (a) on the date of delivery if delivered personally or by e-mail to the Affiliate partner through the e-mail address indicated in the partner account.

7.4. Attribution

All terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and benefit the Parties to this Agreement and their respective heirs, successors, permitted assigns and legal representatives. Laser-ammo.se  will be authorized to award this contract without notice or partner agreement. The affiliate partner does not have the right to assign or transfer this Agreement, or any of its rights or obligations under it, to any third party without the prior written consent of  Laser-ammo.se,to give or retain in the sole discretion of  Laser-ammo.se.

7.5. Acceptance

This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and shall benefit and bind the parties hereby and their respective successors and assigns.

By creating its affiliate account on the affiliate platform, the affiliate partner fully accepts all the terms and provisions of this agreement, including all documents related thereto., the Affiliate Partner fully accepts all terms and provisions of this Agreement, including all documents related thereto.
